We had a Waffle platter, omelette and a few sides of crispy bacon. Our waitress Dawn was lovely--attentive, pleasant, and helpful. Another great meal at one of our faves!!

Once again! Dawn and Johnny D’s did NOT disappoint! I had my favorite smoked salmon Benedict but I added Chef Jamie’s pickled jalapeños! Wow what a flavor punch! They always have the freshest fruit which I love with the salmon Benedict! Dawn is the perfect server! She takes pride in what she does as well as her relationship with her locals! This place has been my fav since I moved here!

Our first stop for our weekend trip here in myrtle and I would say it was a great choice! The resturant was very clean and we were welcomed as soon as we opened the door. The food was super fresh and service was fast. I ordered the Coconut French toast waffles and upgraded to a platter to be able to get the bacon and eggs as a side, the waffle/french toast was warm and very fluffy. My husband ordered the ultimate platter and was not disappointed, we were both STUFFED and Satisfied with our first meal of the trip!

There wasn’t any reason my husband and I ordered as much food as we did but everything was very appetizing. The portions were bigger than we expected. Every bite was flavorful! This will be our new breakfast stop when we visit South Carolina! 1,000/10

I will start this by saying I love breakfast, it’s my favorite meal, so I am hard on breakfast places. Decided to try this as it was next to our resort. When I first opened the menu it was overwhelming, but in a good way. I couldn’t believe what a unique and vast menu it had with so many choices I already knew I had to go back to try something else. I settled on the Irish Benedict. It was very good, the corned beef was great on it. The waffles all look great and I look forward to trying them as others in our group had them. Definitely recommend this place if you’re a breakfast lover!

The Coconut Banana French Toast Waffle was so good. It was fresh, flavorful, and definitely worth it. Shoutout to my server Dawn too, she was super friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better.

I have been going to Johnny D's, Surfside Beach location for several years. They never fail to to please! The food is delicious, the staff and management is top shelf! Thank you Dawn for serving me! I definitely would recommend this restaurant!

Stopped in to try some of the limited time Holiday menu items and they did not disappoint! Our server Autumn was excellent, very friendly and attentive. The turkey Benedict with gravy and cranberry sauce is the perfect holiday meal. The Dubai Chocolate Waffle with Strawberries and Cream is sinfully delicious. I hope they keep this on for good. I would highly recommend both of these dishes. The rest of the table got the Biscuits & Gravy with fried chicken, eggs, home fries and rye toast with bacon and their popular Cinnamon Roll Waffle. Everyone left full and extremely satisfied. One of the best breakfast spots in town!
